Studio in a perfect location (Stork 35)

Excellent location, clean and convenient, excellent value, a dream. Positive: Excellent location, a total dream!

Positive: The location is amazing, in the heart of the old city, everything is nearby.

Terrible stay Positive: Location, cleanliness, wifi Negative: This is my very first bad review. The studio isn't 35sm, and the interior isn't at all like on pics(see mines). The bed headboard is attached to the wall of the building’s stairs, you'll hear every single person going up and down, coughing, talking, slamming doors. The left side of the bed is attached to the elevator shaft, which passes entirely trough the studio (wtf!), and you'll hear everyone who hasn’t taken the stairs, at all hours. The studio feels like a former concierge warehouse; multiple clothes racks occupy the only potentially semi-free corner, and the dressers are cluttered with pots and pans. Before booking, I read some negative comments about the saggy bed and worn-out mattress, but reassured by the owners' responses about the imminent repair, I was certain they'd fixed it. That wasn't the case; the bed was a huge hammock-like hole where the body sank dozens of centimeters below the head. I notified the owner, but I still had to sleep on the floor for a week, padding the hole from underneath, since even the wooden slats were completely gone. One morning I heard some knocking and by the time I figured out where it was coming from, a stranger entered the apartment while I was trying to cover myself, as I was naked. He was sent by management to replace the mattress. I find UNACCEPTABLE that in a rental property, for which we pay and not a little, the privacy is violated in this way, without any confirmation from the customer or agreement regarding the service/day/time. Bring essentials such as shower gel, which is only mentioned in the description but there isn’t any, ear plugs (yes, lift inside the flat a part, there is also a church ringing bells every 15min) and sleeping mask as one window has only a thin red curtain, and with the light this place turns into a pinkish night club.

Confortevole appartamento in centro a Zurigo, posizione strategica. Positive: Appartamento in posizione eccellente, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Zurigo, 10 minuti dal lago. Situato nel centro caratteristico della città. Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di ogni comodità. Il self check-in ha funzionato benissimo, facile. Negative: Praticamente nulla, forse è poco chiara la gestione della spazzatura. Insieme alle chiavi viene distribuito un sacco per la spazzatura, ma a parte un cartello sintetico sulla porta di casa si capisce poco su come va gestita. Servirebbe una presa doppia al comodino.
